Welcome to Sound King Studio. We offer a full service recording and production music studio with a variety of services-- audio recording, mixing, mastering, musical production, and musical scores and cues for television, radio, and film, music lessons, and audio video equipment rental. Our specialized teams of producers and engineers have decades of experience in recording, engineering, and production. We also have musical credits with major and independent artists and production networks. We are dedicated to meeting your unique project needs within your deadline and budget and to your absolute satisfaction. Our acoustically treated studio is equipped with state-of-the-art professional gear, and we are passionate about delivering the very best sound quality to you. Our professional sound gear include a fully automated 72 input mix desk, Digidesign Protools HD, Premium Apogee digital audio converters, Solid State and tube microphone preamps, and a custom built vocal recording booth, just to name a few. We also offer the capability to mix in surround sound 5.1. Our studio is Wi-Fi equipped and monitored by video cameras . We are conveniently located in Silver Spring and Kensington, Maryland nearby Westfield Wheaton Mall and Wheaton Metro Station.
MOBILE RECORDING + AUDIO EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Our audio recording doesn’t end at the studio! We offer mobile recording and can meet you anywhere for live recording , music venues , webcasts, festivals, concerts, ceremonies and celebrations, and other events. We have worked with event planners, program managers, public radio, places of worship, production companies, schools and universities. We can even acoustically treat your space. Additionally, we offer audio/visual equipment rentals! Our services also include on-site technical support and professional services to meet your event needs whether it’s for meetings, conferences, parties, and special events in hotels, restaurants, churches, convention centers, wedding and banquet halls, government and corporate offices, theaters, universities and private homes, you name it. Our experienced planners can help determine the right audio/visual equipment or equipment package for your event. We are committed to ensuring a successful event.
MUSIC LESSONS
And for the up and coming and aspiring producers, sound engineers, and deejays, we offer private training and lessons in audio engineering, music theory, production techniques and mixing, and deejay lessons. Our master trainers will meet you at your level whether you are an audio novice of an industry professional. We can service clients at our training studio or train you at your studio.
